-2 SCOOPS OF WHEY/SOY PROTEIN POWDER (CHOC. FLAVOR)
-1 RIPE BANANA
-1 tsp. SLICED UNSALTED ALMONDS
-13 oz. NONFAT MILK (PREFERABLY ORGANIC) OR DISTILLED WATER
-1 TBSP. LIQUID OR POWDERED BCAAS
-2 ICE CUBES
In a blender, add banana, almonds, milk or water, aminos, and cubes. Pulse for a few seconds to begin the mixing process, then switch to puree mode for 12-15 seconds. When a liquid tornado forms, carefully remove the lid and pour in the protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy. Yields one 20-oz shake.
