Recipe - Post-Bed Meal

Post-Bed Meal!

These are mixtures that I have found are great for filling you up with low fat and low calories. This is great for preparing for competition

Below is the recipe I use before going to sleep at night:

Ingredients:

(1) Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

(1) scoop of plain Whey/Casein protein

2 tbsp honey

1/4 cup blueberries

Prep:

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, chill for 15-20 mins, Enjoy

1. It is fast and easy

2. Contains slow digesting Casein Protein as well as greek yogurt

3. Contains honey to help increase blood flow and boost Nitric Oxide Production while sleeping.
